Al-Anon Beaufort County (ABC) is your local "Lowcountry" Information Service (also known as an Intergroup), serving the Al-Anon Family Groups of Beaufort County, South Carolina!
Our Al-Anon Family Groups can be found in Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head Island and Okatie as well as some electronic offerings for the Lowcountry and beyond!
Al‑Anon is a mutual support program for people whose lives have been affected by someone else’s drinking, whether or not the problem drinker admits the existence of a drinking problem or seeks help.
Whatever your problems, there are those among us who have had them, too. If you try to keep an open mind, you will find help. You will come to realize that there is no situation too difficult to be bettered and no unhappiness too great to be lessened.
The 4th Annual Low Country Men's Spiritual Retreat will be taking place March 9-11 2018. Originally an AA retreat, it was decided after the 3rd retreat that men in the Al-Anon program would be a welcome addition to future retreats to further strengthen the fellowship. The Al-Anon International Convention happens every couple of years and is coordinated by the Al-Anon Family Group Headquarters, Inc.
